I’ve noticed my orders don’t always fill as quickly as I’d expect, and sometimes by the time they actually go through the price has already moved a little, it’s not the worst thing ever but it can get frustrating when you’re trying to make a trade and you’re just sitting there waiting.

It does what it’s supposed to do for the most part, but the updates can be slow sometimes. I don’t need it to be perfect, but when I’m checking my portfolio and the numbers are lagging behind, it feels kind of ridiculous. Overall, it’s okay, just not as smooth as I’d like

I signed up for Freedom24 and it all worked out in the end, but the registration process felt a little longer than I expected. I did message support asking about more funds and local market options, and the reply was basically, “we’re always working on expanding what’s available,” but for now it still feels a bit limited in those areas. It’s not bad at all, just not quite as broad as I was expecting.

I opened an account at first, but I ended up stopping before really using it. After reading more about the regulation side, I still couldn’t tell what protection I’d actually have if something went wrong, and that made me uncomfortable.

I asked support basic questions about safety and account protection, but the replies felt like they were just pasted from a script. It was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a clear answer, and it felt like that simple request was ignored.

Maybe it’s fine for other people, but I didn’t feel confident enough to put my money there. I’d rather use a broker where the rules, protections, and support answers are a lot more clear from the start.

It’s fine when it actually works , but the freezing and random errors make me nervous about using it for trades . Support does get back to me , so it’s not a total disaster , but the reliability really needs some work . Mostly just frustrating ...
